Data and purposes
The form collects your name, email, optional company and message to handle and answer your enquiry. Name, email and message are required; without them you cannot use the form, but you can contact us through our other details. Do not send health data or unnecessary sensitive information. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters or activate promotional campaigns, profiling or automated decision-making.
Legal bases
Precontractual requests by individuals who are parties to the potential contract rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). General correspondence, business representatives’ contacts and security rely on the legitimate interest in managing and protecting the service, Article 6(1)(f); legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c), where applicable. Marketing consent is not required to send an enquiry.
Recipients and providers
Enquiries are stored in the restricted WordPress area and notified to company assistance, management and secretariat mailboxes. Only people authorised for these purposes and appointed providers may access them. Data is not disclosed to the public. You may request an updated list of processors.
- Scaleway S.A.S. (France): primary hosting.
- IONOS Group SE (Germany): standby website.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): HTTPS routing and continuity.
- SendinBlue SAS / Brevo (France): transactional email notifications; aggregate open and click statistics under the anonymous configuration.
- Google Ireland Limited / Google Workspace (Ireland): company email and restricted encrypted backups.
- iubenda S.r.l. (Italy): privacy choices interface and records; technical data, IP and identifiers necessary for the service.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become orders or contracts are kept for up to 12 months after closure, including email copies. Open cases are kept as long as necessary, with review of continued need. Contracts, legal obligations and disputes follow the relevant periods. Encrypted backups follow a separate cycle: operational snapshots up to 30 days, selected full backups up to 125 days and local recovery copies up to 7 days; unverified copies may be protected from cleanup until the issue is resolved. Access and restoration are restricted. The latest usable copy is retained until a verified replacement is available.
Technical data and security
Connecting to the website transmits IP and technical metadata to necessary services. Institutional access statistics exclude IP, URLs, parameters, cookies and messages. Error logs may contain incidental technical data and rotate within 30 days. The infrastructure security journal is limited to 6 months. Backup copies follow the separate recovery cycle.
International transfers
International providers may involve companies or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Transfers subject to the GDPR use Chapter V safeguards, including applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, with necessary measures. You may request details of recipients, countries, applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy at assistenza@ttex.it.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the Italian authority, www.garanteprivacy.it, or the competent supervisory authority. Send requests to assistenza@ttex.it.
External content and links
Covers, fonts, images and the static OpenStreetMap map are served locally: your browser does not contact Google Drive, Google Maps or OpenStreetMap to display them. Catalogue PDFs are not copied to the server. Google Drive, Google Maps and the shop open only when you choose their links and apply their own notices. Language is determined by the URL, without a language-preference cookie.
Form spam protection
This form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare receives the IP address, browser/device information and technical interaction signals during the check; our verification request does not include your name, email or message. T-Tex relies on its legitimate interest in protecting the form. Cloudflare acts as a processor for verification and as an independent controller to improve bot detection, under its terms and privacy notices, including for international transfers. The check is limited to form security; we do not enable pre-clearance or advertising purposes for T-Tex.
